Alliance Signs non-binding Term Sheet with Samsung

Alliance Nickel Limited has signed a non-binding term sheet with Samsung SDI Co., Ltd. for the future offtake of battery grade nickel and cobalt sulphate products from the NiWest Nickel-Cobalt Project in Western Australia.

Alliance Nickel Executes Binding Offtake Agreement and Cornerstone Equity Investment with Stellantis N.V.

Alliance Nickel Ltd has entered into a Binding Offtake Agreement and Share Subscription Agreement with Stellantis N.V. (NYSE: STLA / Euronext Milan: STLAM / Euronext Paris: STLAP) relating to future offtake from the NiWest Nickel Cobalt Project in Western Australia (NiWest).
